First and foremost, the school-level parent meeting was grandly held in the school auditorium, which was presided over by Assistant Principal Xu Zuitai and attended by all the head teachers and parents of Senior Three students. The meeting focused on the preparation for the College Entrance Examination, with a particular emphasis on analyzing the current student situation, deeply examining the current educational situation, and elaborately planning the school's exam preparation plan. Also, the contents covered aspects such as the interpretation of examination policies, teaching management for Senior Three, analysis of students' grades, and later exam preparation strategies, allowing parents to fully experience the standardization of our school's education and student management.

What's more, at the meeting, Assistant Principal Xu Zuitai offered some kind words of advice to the parents: it's hoped that parents could cooperate with the school's work actively in that they should not only pay attention to the psychological counseling of their children, but also ensure the necessary logistical support. More remarkably, home and school should work together to provide a strong guarantee for students' final exam preparation.

In addition, after the school-level parent meeting, each class teacher immediately held a class-level parent meeting to implement the school-level meeting's spirit and achieve precise 'point-to-point' and 'face-to-face' communication between home and school. 

To be specific, each head teacher, based on the actual situation of their own classes, presented comprehensive information about the academic performance, class atmosphere and discipline, daily behavior, and exam preparation status of the students through PPT presentations and case sharing,  objectively and impartially evaluating the progress and shortcomings of each student, focusing on analyzing the common problems existing among the students in terms of study habits, time management, and psychological state, and sharing targeted improvement measures.

In the meantime, head teachers provided a detailed introduction to the exam preparation plan, the class management rules, the key tasks for the next stage for each class, clearly specifying the specific matters that required parents' cooperation, and calling on parents to enhance communication with the school and teachers, thus forming a joint educational force between home and school.

Subsequently, each subject teacher had individual conversations with the parents. Taking into account each student's academic foundation, learning attitude, and potential for improvement, they precisely identified students' weak points in their subjects, sharing personalized review suggestions, and answering parents' questions regarding subject review, score improvement, and learning methods.

Last but not the least, at the end of the parents' meeting in each class, parents voluntarily shared their children's study-related troubles and growth experiences. Furthermore, they had in-depth discussions with the head teachers and subject teachers about educational methods and communication skills. Therefore, the atmosphere in the classrooms was warm and cozy.
